Celebration of Great Determinations) in Kurdistan Province was held in Sanandaj with the slogan “My Child, The Pride of the Homeland.” The event was organized by the provincial Sports and Youth Department and took place at the hall. It was attended by prominent figures including the Friday Imam of Sanandaj, the political, security, and social deputy of the Kurdistan governorate, the deputy commander of the Basij, local military and law enforcement officials, the acting director of sports and youth in Kurdistan, heads of various provincial and county departments, and presidents of federations for veterans, persons with disabilities, the deaf, the blind, and special medical conditions.
The program included speeches by officials, a demonstration of traditional Persian ورزش زورخانهای by the Down Syndrome group of Shahid Shokoohi Sanandaj, unveiling of a book titled «”Steadfast Beliefs”) authored by Ronak Zolfaghari about Paralympic champions of Kurdistan, choral performances by the deaf community, and recognition of athletes, coaches, referees, and other notable figures in the province’s Paralympic sports.
