(Celebration of Great Determinations) in Qazvin Province was held as part of the Paralympic Week celebrations, with over 1,000 participants from the target community and their families attending. The event took place at the sports hall with widespread involvement from provincial and county officials,, directors-general and deputies of Sports and Youth,, the Welfare Organization, and the Exceptional Education Department.
The celebration, organized by the Paralympic Week committee members, featured symbolic sports demonstrations for persons with disabilities and a lottery including prizes such as bicycles, wheelchairs, gift cards, and sportswear. The event concluded with the awarding of medals and roses to participants in recognition of their efforts.
Dr. Pakdaman, acting director of the province’s Sports and Youth Department, praised the event’s success and congratulated Atiyeh Al-Sadat Hosseini, the first female para powerlifter in Iran’s history to win two gold medals, highlighting the inspiring achievements within the community
