According to the Public Relations Department of the Federation , this event was organized by the Isfahan Provincial Federation for the Disabled and War Veterans Sports, with the participation of the General Department of Sports and Youth, the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs, Exceptional Education Department, Basij Athletes Organization, Welfare Organization, and the Provincial Federation for the Blind and Visually Impaired. It was held at Naqsh-e Jahan Square in Isfahan, with 400 students with special needs in attendance.
The main focus of this program was public sports for all participants and identifying the potential talents among students with special needs.
The ceremony started with morning exercise and continued at various stations, including boccia, tug of war, motor skills drills, chess, and darts. At the closing ceremony, attended by officials from all participating organizations, medals and gifts were presented to all participants.
