The fourth stage of the men’s wheelchair basketball national team camp runs from September 12 to 16, 2025 (21 to 25 Shahrivar 1404). Following this camp, the men’s team will participate in an international tournament in Turkey.
The invited male athletes include Morteza Abedi, Mohammad Hassan Siari, Mehdi Abbasi, Iman Bagzadeh, Mohsen Tolouei, Vahid Saadatpour, Mohsen Beigdeli, Mehdi Ghorbani, Amir Reza Ahmadi, Hassan Abdi, Faleh Ayashi, Mohammad Mohammadzadeh, Jalil Gharanjik, Erfan Bakhshandeh, and Abolfazl Jalayi.
The training sessions are led by head coach Behrouz Soltani and coach Adel Tarafi, with Farzad Yazdani as the strength coach, Alireza Behjat as analyst, and Hojatoleslam Seyyed Mohammad Mousavipour as cultural coach. Ali Arzoomandi is supervising the camp.
Meanwhile, the women’s wheelchair basketball national team camp for preparing for the 2026 Nagoya Para Asian Games is held from September 12 to 20, 2025 (21 to 29 Shahrivar 1404).
The invited female athletes include Roghieh Ghazilo, Samira Khaleghi, Roghieh Amiri, Mahdieh Rouhani, Roghieh Salehi, Fatemeh Molaei, Neda Balochi, Nadia Balochi, Zahra Nasri Keshteli, Najmeh Safaidoost, Maryam Abbasfard, Fatemeh Moradi, Mobina Rasteh, and Zahra Habibi.
The women’s team training is under coach Azadeh Sadat Moeini, supported by technical advisor Hami Khorasanizadeh, visiting coach Mahsa Hemmati, strength coach Mona Dezfulian, and cultural coach Zohreh Saeedi. The camp supervisor is Zahra Noori.
