The Federation extended its congratulations to all active professionals in the field on the occasion of World Sports Journalists Day.
The text of the message is as follows:
July 2nd, known as World Sports Journalists Day, was first established during the 1924 Paris Olympic Games to commemorate the founding of the International Sports Press Association (AIPS) and to honor the valuable services of journalists, writers, and sports photographers in advancing global sports.
World Sports Journalists Day serves as an opportunity to recognize the efforts of sports journalists and photographers in our country, who have consistently supported the community of disabled and injured athletes. Their presence in various competitions has brought the excitement and spirit of sports to the national level and left a positive impact.
The Federation, while appreciating the efforts of these dear professionals and commemorating the esteemed status of martyrs and veterans in the field of journalism, expresses its sincere gratitude to the media community, especially the respected sports reporters. On these blessed days, marked by the name of the revered Imam Hussein (AS), the federation prays for the health and increasing success of those dedicated to the mission of informing and narrating the heroic stories of disabled and injured athletes.
