This honor is awarded to individuals who dedicate their time and energy to supporting the Paralympic movement, selected solely by public vote. Voting runs online from October 30 to November 13, 2025, and the winner will be announced on November 14.
Three outstanding individuals are nominated this year:
Sima Limouchi (Iran): Recognized for her unwavering commitment to the Paralympic movement, she has played a significant role in academic education, technical expertise, and strategic leadership. Her work includes holding educational workshops, serving as a technical classifier in Para table tennis, coordinating national events, and successfully establishing the Para Table Tennis Committee in the Asian Table Tennis Union—helping inspire many enthusiasts and workers in this field.
Betty Mabenza Miyangizela (Congo): President of the Congo National Paralympic Committee and rehabilitation professor, credited with founding provincial leagues and national federations, advancing technical development and athlete empowerment.
Anvar Mursakulov (Uzbekistan): Executive director of the Adaptive Sports Association of Uzbekistan, who increased athlete participation and launched educational programs and national competitions to drive the growth of Paralympic sports.
