In the 2025 World Para Shooting Cup in Al Ain, UAE, Nasrin Shahi illuminated the event by winning the first gold medal in the women’s air pistol event with a record score of 239. Faezeh Ahmadi also earned the bronze medal with a score of 215.6.

The Iranian men’s and women’s air pistol teams secured silver medals in the team section of the competition.

The World Para Shooting Cup took place from October 28 to November 4 at the Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting, and Golf Club with 213 athletes from 39 countries competing in 40 individual and team events across rifle, pistol, and shotgun disciplines.

These outstanding performances highlight the continued growth of Iran’s Para Shooting sport on the international stage.
