A specialized meeting was held between officials of the Federation of Sports for the Disabled and the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development and Empowerment of the Welfare Organization. The main focus was on the empowerment of people with disabilities through sports.
In this meeting, attended by Dr. Kouhpaye-Zadeh (President of the Federation), Dr. Nasiri (Vice President), Seyed Bagheri (Advisor to the President), Dr. Zakaifar (Head of the Center), and Dr. Satari (Deputy of Empowerment and Social Welfare), strategies for enhancing inter-organizational collaboration were discussed.
The discussions centered on empowering individuals with disabilities via sports, improving executive programs across provincial federations, and strengthening support frameworks for disabled athletes.
Another key topic addressed was sports talent identification for people with disabilities and how the federation and the Welfare Organization’s center could synergize efforts in developing a national talent identification and information dissemination system. To this end, a joint working group will be established to oversee practical implementations.
