The national para-athletics team of veterans and persons with disabilities has started its fourth training camp, preparing for the 2025 World Championships in India.

The camp is held at the federation’s national teams’ camp from September 13 to 22, 2025 (22 to 31 Shahrivar 1404).

Invited athletes include Zeynab Moradi Rashno (Lorestan), Parastoo Habibi (Tehran), Elham Salehi, Sadegh Bayat Sayyah, Erfan Bandari, Emanollah Papi (Khuzestan), Yasin Khosravi, Mehran Nekouimajd, Ali Olfatnia (Kermanshah), Saeed Afrouz (Kerman), Seyed Ali Asghar Javanmardi, Ali Bazyar (Fars), Farzaneh Sohrabi, Zafar Zaker (Alborz), and Alireza Mokhtari (Isfahan) among others.

The coaching team consists of Seyed Mehdi Shahrokhi and Aida Mousavi (Tehran), Ezzatollah Parnian (Kermanshah), Mostafa Bahrami (Lorestan), Milad Derisavi (Qom), Mehdi Farsi (Khuzestan), and Elahe Shia (Alborz).

Technical supervisor Ali Asghar Hadizadeh (Tehran), camp supervisor Hormoz Sadeghi (Tehran), and cultural coach Hojatoleslam Iman Ghorbanian (Qom) oversee the camp activities.

This intensive camp aims to enhance the athletes’ preparedness to secure strong performances at the upcoming World Para Athletics Championships.
