According to the Public Relations of the Federation, the meeting was attended by Nizami, Secretary General, Mandegarford, Manager of Provincial Affairs of the federation, and was chaired by Hossein Nezhad, Deputy for Championship Sports Development of the Kermanshah Department of Youth and Sports. Representatives from the Welfare Organization, athletes, coaches, referees, clubs, provincial board officials, county boards, and members of the general assembly participated.
During the session, Parnian, head of the Kermanshah Board, presented the performance report up to the year 1403.
