Iran’s National Boccia Team Returns Triumphant from Kazakhstan International Competition

The Iranian national boccia team, after shining and winning seven colorful medals at the Kazakhstan international competition, returned home early today to a warm reception from officials and families.

According to the Public Relations office of the Federation, the boccia athletes, with exemplary effort, determination, and spirit, secured 3 gold, 3 silver, and 1 bronze medals, further elevating Iran’s name in the Paralympic sports arena.

The welcoming ceremony at Imam Khomeini International Airport was attended by prominent figures including Ebadi from the Ministry of Sports and Youth Women’s Affairs, Hashemloo Deputy of Championship Sports at Tehran’s Sports and Youth Directorate, Shekrian, Public Relations Director of the National Paralympic Committee, Big Rezaei, Director of Championship Sports, Shokri, Administrative and Support Director, Bagheri, Women’s Affairs Representative, Ramazanpour, Cultural Committee Representative of the Federation, and Tabatabaian, President of the Boccia Association, along with Sekakian, Vice President of the same association, who honored the national team’s achievers.

This valuable success promises a bright future for the country’s Paralympic athletes and serves as an inspiring role model for the younger generation.
