According to the Public Relations office of the Federation, on Monday, August 24, 2025 (3 Shahrivar 1404), the boccia court in Kazakhstan witnessed a spectacle born from the heart of Iran. Here, the country’s dedicated veterans and disabled champions, with iron determination and hearts full of love for their homeland, won three gold, one silver, and one bronze medal in the individual events for Iran.
In the BC4 class, Hossein Esmaeili opened the path of glory by defeating a host country opponent to secure the team’s first gold medal. Then, in BC2, Mousa Raoufian delivered a commanding performance over a competitor from Uzbekistan to claim Iran’s second gold medal.
The pinnacle of Iran’s brilliance was achieved by the strong-willed national team lady, Maryam Maleki Fallah, who, with focus, effort, and commendable spirit, secured the third gold medal for Iran in the competition.
Furthermore, Farzaneh Dolrami earned a silver medal, and Neda Ghaibi won bronze, adding golden pages to Iran’s boccia achievements.
