Appreciation Message from the President of the Federation to the Governor of the Central Bank of Iran

Dr. Jalil Koohpayehzadeh expressed sincere gratitude to Dr. Mohammad Reza Farzin, Governor of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, for the responsible and lawful approach taken by the bank in conducting its recent recruitment exam that explicitly emphasized the 3% legal quota for hiring persons with disabilities.

Excerpt from the Message:
“Respectfully, the Veterans and Disabled Sports Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran extends its heartfelt appreciation for the responsible, prudent, and law-abiding conduct of your esteemed institution during the recent recruitment examination process.

Your admirable action in explicitly stating and emphasizing the legal 3% employment quota for persons with disabilities in the official announcement, especially with the explicit invitation to this capable and deserving group, clearly reflects your institution’s commitment to social justice, inclusive human resource development, and safeguarding the civil rights of people with disabilities.

Undoubtedly, adherence to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its practical manifestation in recruitment processes is not only a legal duty of executive bodies but also an indication of organizational maturity, justice-oriented outlook, and your bank’s care for the less privileged members of society.

The Federation sincerely applauds this hopeful initiative and appreciates your valuable efforts and those of your dedicated colleagues in supporting the rights of persons with disabilities, praying for your continued success in serving the sacred system of the Islamic Republic.”
