Youth Para-Asian Games Dubai 2025: Thrilling Competition with Over 1,500 Athletes from 45 Asian Countries

On the second day of the Asian Paralympic Committee gathering, a clear vision and comprehensive plans were approved for hosting the most magnificent and exciting Youth Para-Asian Games in Dubai 2025.

According to the Public Relations office of the Federation, key details about the Dubai 2025 Youth Para-Asian Games were presented during the second day of the APC assembly.

Broad Athlete Participation and Diverse Disciplines
The international event will feature more than 1,500 athletes from 45 Asian countries competing in 11 sports disciplines. Competitions will take place across four modern stadiums, involving nearly 5,000 participants, highlighting the scale and importance of this tournament.

Para Athletics and Para Arm Wrestling Lead in Participation
Para athletics will be the largest discipline with 433 athletes, followed by para arm wrestling with 200 athletes. These sports are pivotal to the event and are expected to deliver highly engaging competitions.

Classification Standards for Fair Competition
International classification will be conducted in nine sports, while regional classifiers licensed by the International Paralympic Committee will be used for athletics and swimming. This ensures high-quality, fair competitions for all participants.

Emphasis on Coordination and Full Readiness at the APC Assembly
The second day of the APC General Assembly focused on detailed review and final coordination to guarantee the event’s execution at the highest organizational and technical standards.
