The Level 3 Para Athletics Coaching course was conducted from July 27 to 31, 2025 (5–9 Mordad 1404) in Semnan Province under the supervision of the Center for Education, Assessment, and Performance Evaluation of the Veterans and Disabled Sports Federation.
According to the Public Relations office of the Federation, the course was attended by 18 coaches from the provinces of Semnan, Mazandaran, Kerman, Kermanshah, and Khuzestan. The theoretical sessions were taught by experienced instructors from Semnan University, utilizing local facilities. The practical part was led by Dr. Bahrami, a veteran para athletics coach, who provided specialized training to participants.
The federation’s goal in holding such courses in various cities across the country is to expand up-to-date scientific and practical training in all provinces, facilitating access for host city coaches and neighboring regions to specialized education. This approach reduces costly travel, increases learning opportunities, and enhances the skills of coaches nationwide, representing an effective step in the development of disability sports.
