The third meeting of the organizing committee for National Paralympic Day and Week was held.
According to the Public Relations office of the Federation, and quoting the National Paralympic Committee, the third session of the organizing headquarters for National Paralympic Day and Week was conducted at the National Paralympic Committee’s meeting hall with all members present.
It was decided that Paralympic Week will be observed from October 11 to 17, 2025 (19–25 Mehr 1404), and that, according to the official national calendar, October 16, 2025 (24 Mehr 1404) will be celebrated as National Paralympic Day. This year’s official slogan is:
“National Paralympic Day; Festival of Great Determinations”
During the session, members discussed the naming of each day of the week and planned special programs for each day. The committee also reviewed ways to ensure active participation by sports federations, provincial Departments of Sport and Youth, provincial boards, the National Organization for Exceptional Schools, and the Welfare Organization—aimed at making the event even more magnificent.
At the conclusion of the meeting, official appointments for those responsible for National Paralympic Day and Week were presented by Dr. Samimi, Chair of the Organizing Committee.
