According to the Public Relations Office of the Federation, the annual general assembly of the Veterans and Disabled Sports Board of Golestan Province was held today, Wednesday, 8 Mordad 1404 (July 30, 2025).
The assembly was chaired by Dr. Jalil Koohpayezadeh, President of the Federation and the General Assembly. Attendees included Hamid Bahmani, Honorary Member of the Federation’s Executive Board; Engineer Barzamini, Director General of the Provincial Department of Sports and Youth; Maqsoodlou, Deputy of the Provincial Department of Sports and Youth; representatives of athletes, coaches, referees, clubs; officials of the provincial board and county boards; and members of the assembly.
During the session, Naser Shahri, President of the Golestan Veterans and Disabled Sports Board, presented a comprehensive report on the board’s performance over the past year.
At the conclusion of the assembly, the three top-performing county boards—Gorgan, Kordkuy, and Gonbad Kavus—were honored and commended for their achievements.
