Dehkadeh Aria Chaloos Wins the Sitting Volleyball Championship Cup Honoring Mazandaran’s Martyrs

The Sitting Volleyball Open Championship of Mazandaran Province, held in memory of the province’s sports martyrs, concluded with the final and third-place matches taking place at Shaheed Fallah Sports Hall in Amol. Dehkadeh Aria Chaloos secured first place, with Pakhsh Fani Amol finishing second, and the Behshahr Sports Board team coming in third.

The competition featured 7 teams competing in a round-robin format across five stages hosted in the cities of Mahmoudabad, Amol, Chaloos, Babol, and again in Amol.

The closing ceremony was attended by officials from the Department of Sports and Youth, the Welfare Organization, the Veterans and Disabled Sports Board of both the county and province, as well as veterans and national sitting volleyball team players.

During the ceremony, commemorative statues were presented in honor of three sitting volleyball legends from Mazandaran: Majid Lashkari, Ramadan Salehi, and Morteza Mehrzad.
