Dr. Kouhpaye Zadeh: We Aim to Establish Specialized Training Camps for National Teams

Dr. Kouhpaye Zadeh, President of the Federation, has identified the creation of specialized training camps for national teams as one of the federation’s key goals for this year.

According to the Federation’s Public Relations, Dr. Kouhpaye Zadeh stated:
“We are pursuing the establishment of specialized training camps for our national teams. Thanks to the efforts of the national Para powerlifting team’s head coach, and in collaboration with the Weightlifting Federation, we have secured the use of the Kabkanian Complex’s training hall and dormitory for hosting Para powerlifting national team camps.”

He added:
“Following the initiatives led by the national Para archery team’s head coach, a dedicated training ground has been allocated at Azadi Sports Complex for Para archers. By constructing and equipping this site, a specialized training camp for the Para archery national team will be established in the near future. Of course, building such camps requires the support of financial sponsors, and we hope that with their active participation, the environment for the development of disabled and injured sports will be better prepared.”
Priority on Developing Sports Infrastructure and Strengthening Provincial Committees

The federation president emphasized:
“We are focused on expanding infrastructure, facilities, and equipment for provincial committees so that our provinces become capable of hosting national competitions and organizing national team camps. We also aim to leverage the capacities of provinces for international events, so the federation is not the sole host of such events.”
