The Iranian women’s national sitting volleyball team won their semifinal match and advanced to the final of the Asia-Oceania Championship.
According to the Public Relations of the Federation, the national team faced Thailand today at 9:30 AM Iran time and won convincingly in straight sets with scores of 25-17, 25-8, and 25-11. This victory secured their place in the Asia final and earned them a qualification spot for the World Championship.
The team will compete for the championship title tomorrow, Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time (9:30 AM Iran time) in the final match.
It is worth noting that this competition serves as an opportunity to qualify for the World Championship.
