The National Seven-a-Side Football Championship – Persian Gulf Cup, hosted in Mahan city, Kerman province, has commenced with victories for the teams of Kerman, Kermanshah, Fars, and Qom on the opening day.

According to the Public Relations of the Federation , the championship, held in honor of the service martyrs and the liberation of Khorramshahr in the land of Martyr Lieutenant General Haj Qasem Soleimani, began yesterday with the participation of 12 teams. The results of the first day are as follows:

Kerman 6 – 3 Khuzestan

Kermanshah 3 – 2 Khorasan Razavi

Fars 2 – 1 Isfahan

Qom 8 – 0 Kurdistan

The tournament will continue until Wednesday, June 27, 2025.
