The national para weightlifting team’s second selection and preparation camp will be held from May 29 to June 12, 2025, at the federation’s National Teams Camp in preparation for the 2026 Nagoya Para Asian Games.

According to the Public Relations of the Federation , the athletes attending the camp under head coach Hossein Tavakoli, along with coaches Ali Mahmoudi and Ahmad Malahosseini, include Mohsen Bakhtiar, Saman Rezi, Yousef Yousefi (Gilan), Amir Jafari, Mehdi Sayadi (Alborz), Ruhollah Rostami, Hamed Solhipour, Hassan Pashapour (Tehran), Ali Sifi, Naser Mohammadi (Khorasan Razavi), Ali Akbar Gharibshahi (Fars), Ahmad Aminzadeh (Khuzestan), Alireza Izadi (Kermanshah), Seyed Najaf Tabatabai (Bushehr), Ahmad Doostdar, Mobin Mohammadi (Mazandaran), Ahmad Karami (Lorestan), Ehsan Souri, Saeed Eskandarzadeh (Ardabil), and Ali Asghar Ebareghi (Kerman).

Cultural coach Hojjatoleslam Ahmad Rahmani Choubari will accompany the team, and Ahmad Shokri is the camp supervisor.
