The Board of Directors meeting of the Federation of Sports for the Disabled and Persons with Disabilities was held.
According to the Public Relations of the Federation, the Board of Directors convened with the presence of the President, Vice Presidents, Secretary, advisors, and federation managers.
At the beginning, Dr. Kouhpaye Zadeh, President of the Federation, commemorated the late Rashid Masjedi, a distinguished national champion, and also offered condolences on the passing of Mr. Hosseinzadeh’s respected father, a federation colleague.
Continuing, the federation president spoke about the third specialized meeting with Dr. Donyamali, stating: “Fortunately, the successes of our athletes and national team members in various events have led the Minister of Sports and Youth to have a special supportive outlook toward the federation and to acknowledge the presence of capable individuals in the federation’s management.”
He added, “This valuable perspective greatly motivates us and our athletes. I hope that with continued support from the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Paralympic Committee, we can achieve brilliant results in upcoming events.”
The federation president also mentioned efforts to benefit from corporate social responsibility support, noting a meeting with the CEO of Sina Insurance. He expressed hope that the federation could utilize the insurance services of this company for athletes and provincial committees.
The meeting continued with managers presenting reports on the performance of their respective units.
