The national para weightlifting training camp for women with disabilities is being held to prepare for the Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games.
According to the Public Relations of IRISFD, the third selection and preparation camp for the national women’s para weightlifting team will be hosted by Semnan Province from May 13 to May 26, 2025.
The national athletes participating include Samaneh Hadi Aghghaleh (Ardabil), Niko Rouzbehani (Alborz), Fatemeh Ansari (Bushehr), Masoumeh Goodini (Tehran), Zahra Aghaei (Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari), Parvin Moghadam (Zanjan), Fatemeh Riyahi, Negar Ghorbani Sangari (Fars), Hadis Beytollahi (Kerman), Mahdieh Mohammadian (Yazd), Leila Yarmohammadi (Qazvin), and Zeinab Yaghoubi (Mazandaran). They train under head coach Masoumeh Babaei, coaches Saeideh Abbaszadeh and Seyedeh Maryam Hosseini, and invited coach Najmeh Jangir.
Elnaz Sarhadi accompanies the team as the cultural coach, and Marzieh Babaei serves as the camp supervisor.
