Dr. Koohpayehzadeh: Increased Cooperation with Sports Federations Key to National Teams’ Success Meeting Held Between Officials of IRISFD and Table Tennis

According to the Public Relations Department of the IRISFD, a meeting was held between the president, secretary-general, and officials of the federation and the Table Tennis Federation to discuss the development and progress of para-table tennis.

During the meeting, Dr. Ghardashi, President of the Table Tennis Federation, stated:
“We are fully committed to supporting para-table tennis and will make every effort to ensure the national team achieves success in upcoming events.”

He added:
“All necessary resources and international training programs will be provided to the Veterans and Disabled Sports Federation to facilitate the development of coaches and referees in para-table tennis.”

Later in the meeting, Dr. Koohpayehzadeh, President of the Veterans and Disabled Sports Federation, expressed his gratitude, saying:
“I sincerely appreciate your efforts and support over these past years, and I hope we can continue working together to advance para-table tennis. Our federation’s doors are open to all sports federations because mutual cooperation is essential for success. With the support of other federations, we will pave the way for our national athletes to shine.”

Dr. Koohpayehzadeh further emphasized:
“Para-table tennis is a discipline with great potential for champions, but technical expertise is crucial. By organizing training programs at provincial levels, we must enhance the technical knowledge of coaches and referees to ensure our national team excels in international competitions.”
