Sara Youngmardi: Named Paralympic Woman of the Year (Para Athletics)
Rouhollah Roustami: Awarded Paralympic Man of the Year (Powerlifting)
Ali Kashfia: Received Lifetime Achievement Award for sitting volleyball contributions
Emotional Tribute:
The ceremony included a special posthumous recognition of Paralympic discus thrower Mokhtar NourAfshan, with his family receiving the Martyr Ebrahim Hadi Medal.
